Use partially frozen strawberries.
The daiquiri is a classic strawberry cocktail. |

| 3 cups | frozen strawberries |
375 mL |
| 1/2 cup | white rum |
175 mL |
1/3 cup |
lime cordial |
85 mL |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
60 mL |
| Directions: | ||
| 1. Remove strawberries from freezer and thaw for approx one hour on the counter. | ||
2. Mix partially frozen strawberries, rum, lime cordial and sugar in blender. Mix
until smooth |

| 3. Serve in champagne glasses. Garnish using a fresh whole strawberry with hull. | ||
