Low-Fat Cheesecake Dip

Creator Carolyn Beinlich says, "This dip may be low in fat, but it is high in flavour. Guests will want this recipe."
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg/85 g light Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp/30 mL sugar or artificial sweetener *
- 3 tbsp/45 mL low-fat milk
- 2 cups/473 mL light whipped topping
- 1 tsp/5 mL vanilla extract
- Fresh large whole strawberries
* Must use artificial sweetener to make this safe for Diabetics, otherwise this is a 'light' recipe.
Instructions:
- Blend Neufchatel cheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and vanilla.
- Put in a serving dish surrounded by dipping strawberries.
Tip:
- Try substituting orange or lemon juice for vanilla.
