Strawberry, Banana, Frozen Yogurt, Orange Juice Smoothie

Tara started making this when she was a teenager and worked at an ice cream parlour. It was the staff's secret favourite recipe.

Yields: 2 smoothies

Ingredients:

  • Approximately 8-12 strawberries (8 large berries or 12 smaller berries)
  • One banana
  • One and a half cups of frozen vanilla yogurt
  • Half a cup of orange juice (preferably not from concentrate)
  • A couple of ice cubes (unless strawberries were frozen)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients and serve!
  2. Easy to make, GREAT for breakfast on the go AND you can toy with the recipe as you wish!
