Strawberry, Banana, Frozen Yogurt, Orange Juice Smoothie

Tara started making this when she was a teenager and worked at an ice cream parlour. It was the staff's secret favourite recipe.
Yields: 2 smoothies
Ingredients:
- Approximately 8-12 strawberries (8 large berries or 12 smaller berries)
- One banana
- One and a half cups of frozen vanilla yogurt
- Half a cup of orange juice (preferably not from concentrate)
- A couple of ice cubes (unless strawberries were frozen)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients and serve!
- Easy to make, GREAT for breakfast on the go AND you can toy with the recipe as you wish!
