Ingredients:
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Puree the ingredients together.
- Spread the mixture onto a pan covered with parchment paper or onto a dehydrator sheet (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick).
- Put the pan into the oven at your lowest setting and let it dry or if you have a dehydrator use one of the sheets and let it dry in there.
- Leave the leather to dry until it is no longer sticky. This should take a few hours.
- Drying time varies depending on the juiciness of the fruit, the oven, and humidity.
