FRUIT & COOKIE TART
1 roll
refrigerator cookie dough (or)

3-4 in.
cookies
7.5 - 10 cm
1 cup
vanilla or tapioca pudding
250 mL
 
fresh or frozen berries (just thawed if frozen)
 
apple slices
 
kiwi, peeled & sliced
 
 
1. Cut cookie dough into 9 slices and cook according to package directions.
2. Cool thoroughly on a wire rack. 
3. Spread pudding to edge of over each cookie.
4. Decorate with fruit, garnish with nuts, coconut.
