Fill out the form above and you’re entered into the draw! You’ll need to locate the ticket # at the top of your Heeman’s receipt to enter your April purchase. Your ticket # will be in the format of “Uxxxxxx” or “TOxxxxxxx”. You can enter once for every purchase from the greenhouse in April, so multiple purchases means multiple entries. Only once entered is your purchase is eligible for the draw.

You can enter your April purchases up until May 3rd! So keep those receipts!

Every purchase made in the greenhouse (big or small) from April 1st, 2026 through April 30th, 2026, excluding Berry Beanery purchases, is eligible for entry.

There will be 1 winner drawn at random from all eligible entries received by May 3rd.
