Heeman’s Cellar launched in 2019 with Heeman’s Original and Berry Blush Hard Ciders. Since then, our passion for seasonal flavours and local terroir has inspired over 20 different releases! But Tom & Susan have been tucking away delicious ideas and recipes for years and it’s time to share them with you.
With the opening of our new cider building in 2022, we have excitedly started turning some of our beverage dreams to reality with small batch product runs with unique and memorable twists on your average cider or mead… and we cannot wait to share them with you!
